LeRoy is a highly accomplished adult and junior coach who is tightly connected to the movers and shakers in college, regional, and national squash. Over the last 20 years, he has coached and developed aspiring athletes across Baltimore, Buffalo, and New England, guiding several to become junior standouts and collegiate National Champions. He is an ever-present force and personality on the junior circuit and professional tours, bringing a wealth of elite insight from his own competitive career as a former PSA touring professional.

LeRoy lives and breathes high-level competitive squash and has an impressive track record of his students going on to play at the top levels of the sport.

He was previously the Director of Squash at the New Haven Lawn Club, and is well known locally for leading elite programs and driving youth development.
